Successful Women in Business - Fact, not Fiction

Women in Business are still regrettably an uncommon term to some countries. It is not because of men, but due to the state and government and how the people were lifted, seeing a woman working a "mans occupation" seems strange and erroneous. Look at Saudi Arabia as well as the law prohibiting women in the eyes of the remainder of the world that is absolutely ridiculous, but to both women and men in their own state it's just the way life goes, forget about making a girl CEO. Luckily there are many girls who demonstrate that women can be, but ARE much greater than that. Let us look at several of the worlds most successful women in Business:

Indra Nooyi - She's has sales and CEO and the Chairman of PepsiCo.

Irene Rosenfeld - She's CEO and the Chairman and her firm has about $48 billion in revenue

Patricia Woertz - Chairman, President and CEO of Archer Daniels Midland otherwise known as ADM (also understood because of the movie "The Informant'). In 2009 13% rose.

Chairman and CEO and inspiration to all Avon girls around the world

Oprah - She is Chairman of OWN and Harpo and has become the Queen of Conversation for years. The talk show definitely not the last we have heard of her although oprah - perhaps leaving it.

Currently Senior vice President, is Strategy, and in charge of Sales Marketing and Group Executive and also the lead candidate to eventually become the next CEO

Sherilyn McCoy - Global Chairman. She's not slowing down although she may have experienced a rough year. They've 11 new drug filings planned in the next 13 years.

Melanie Healey - Group President in North America for Procter and Gamble, accounting for 42% of sales.

Sheryl Sandberg - COO of Facebook, she's played a key role in turning the 500 million users of Facebook into revenue.

10.Michelle Obama - she might not have won online business ideas her title of First Lady by vote, but this Harvard Law graduate has began a campaign "Let's Go" has gotten businesses like Coca Cola, Kellogg and General Mills to pledge to minimize the calorie content of these products by 2012.

Aside from them there are girls like Beyonce Lady Gaga and Angelina who've not become well-known Stars but have also become successful business women as well as girls who speak up to help people's rights and are heard. Women now understand just one direction - up.
